Marianne Startup, LLB
Marianne completed her law degree at Canterbury University in 1991. She moved into private practice in Blenheim after working for the Marlborough District Council on legal property issues.
She was a partner in Blenheim law firm Crichton Loach before merging it with Wain & Naysmith in 2014.
Marianne enjoys working in all aspects of property and trust law, wills and estates, relationship property, asset and personal planning law in Marlborough. The best part is acting for individual clients, and in some cases up to three generations in families, on different matters.
Outside of work Marianne enjoys endurance off road running. If she is not out with her very active family (who are mad about football, swimming, running and mountainbiking) you may find her on the tops of the Wither Hills, or periodically volunteering for Marlborough organisations or events.
